For more than a century BAR has been promoting excellence in the Removals Industry. With over 500 members BAR are the UK’s leading professional Removal and Storage companies. Each Removal and Storage Company work to the BAR's OFT-approved Code of Practice. This means that choosing a BAR member will ensure your move goes smoothly.

Furthermore, in the event that you experience any problems, BAR offers a free advice and conciliation service.

The Office of Fair Trading

Chatfields and the BAR liaise closely with the Office of Fair Trading to ensure trading terms and conditions meet current statutory requirements and that consumers interests are taken into account.

Free conciliation service

The BAR sets out rigorous standards of customer care for its members. If you have a problem that you are unable to resolve directly, the BAR offers a free conciliation service designed to ensure fair play and satisfaction for all parties concerned.
